Repair Mortar for Precast Concrete

ART-MGX is composed of a mixture of high-alumina special cement, composite Portland cement, and high-performance mixtures. It is powder polymer with organic and inorganic repair materials. Compared with ordinary mortar, it has significantly improved bonding, water resistance, and wear resistance.

Application Case

Precast pile repair

The finished precast piles of a certain pipe pile company experienced a batch of internal wall collapses. After repair with our company's ART-MGX, the repair marks are almost invisible, and the piles were planted normally without any damage or bursting.

Usage Instructions

Substrate Inspection: Before construction, ensure that the substrate is solid, free of dust, debris, oil, and other loose materials.
Mortar Mixing: Pour an appropriate amount of clean water into a clean container. Add the powder material. For every kilogram of powder, use 0.3 to 0.4 liters of water (adjust according to environmental temperature and humidity). Stir quickly until a uniform mortar without obvious lumps.
Mortar Application: After mixing the mortar, apply it to the surface that needs reinforcement. Apply with force to ensure tight contact between the mortar and the concrete surface. If the thickness of the repair surface exceeds 5 mm, apply in layers. The prepared mortar should be used within 30 minutes. If the temperature exceeds 30 ℃, it should be used within 10 minute.

Storage

It should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, and kept in a dedicated warehouse or a fixed location.
The effective storage period is 1 year. It can still be used after being tested and verified to be qualified if it exceeds the time limit.

Precautions

When changing the type of cement or using newly delivered cement, a compatibility test should be conducted.
Do not use in combination with naphthalene-based admixtures. When using in combination with other admixtures, compatibility tests should be performed.
Strictly follow the construction specifications during application.
