ART-ZQA is a hardening accelerating admixture for sprayed concrete which has the advantages of increase viscosity, good early strength, enhance strength, water retention. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, no corrosion of steel and harmless to human health. It is a high-performance hardening accelerating admixture for use in the wet-mix spraying process. It has good early strength and long-term strength retention rate. It can effectively improve work efficiency and reduce engineering costs, especially suitable for early high-strength shotcrete. Compared with the main hardening accelerating admixture products on the market, it has obvious advantages in technical performance index and cost performance.

Dosage: The dosage of ART-ZQA ranges between 10%~15% of the cementious materiasl weight. According to the adaptability of cement, accelerator, temperature and construction technology, etc. The dosage can be adjusted to the best in the recommended range.
The dosage must be in accordance with the proportion of mixture. Construction should be strictly conducted according to the operation of the construction specification.
The injection must accord to the standard operation. The uniform, flat and dense spraying should be taken note.
When combining with other admixtures, the compatibility should be tested.
To use this product, appropriate maintenance is necessary according to engineering conditions and requirements.
The construction temperature should be controlled above 5℃ to avoid the influence of low temperature on product performance.
