At 12:10 on August 16, 2026, the Long March‑12 carrier rocket lifted off from the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site and successfully deployed 24 low‑orbit satellites for the satellite internet constellation into their predetermined orbits, achieving complete success for the launch mission.
The thermally‑protective cement‑based composite material jointly developed by Southeast University, Jiangsu ARIT New Materials Co.,Ltd and Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology has successfully passed full‑scale physical tests during this launch mission.
This new‑generation composite material can meet future infrastructure requirements for rocket launches in terms of higher bearing capacity, high‑temperature resistance, rapid construction and maintenance under extreme high‑and‑low‑temperature conditions.

This is the first one.
