Instructions

Calculation Principles:

  • Water-Cement Ratio (W/C) = Water ÷ Cement
  • Water-Binder Ratio (W/B) = Water ÷ (Cement + Slag + Fly Ash)
  • Strength estimated using the Bolomey formula
  • Admixture dosage calculated as % of total binder mass

Notes:

  • Actual strength is affected by construction practices
  • Laboratory trial mix verification is recommended
  • Mix proportions should be adjusted for different environments
  • Admixture dosage must be verified by trial

Reference Mix Proportions (per m³)

Strength Grade Cement (kg) Slag (kg) Fly Ash (kg) Sand (kg) Stone (kg) Water (kg) Admixture (kg) W/B Ratio

Admixture Usage Guide

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer:

  • Dosage: 0.8%–2.5%
  • Water reduction: ~25%
  • Suitable for high-strength concrete

Naphthalene-based Superplasticizer:

  • Dosage: 0.5%–1.2%
  • Water reduction: ~18%
  • Cost-effective option
Warning: Admixture dosage must be confirmed by cement compatibility tests. Overuse may cause retardation, segregation, or other issues.
