ART-LGY is an organic –inorganic composite modifier engineered for slurry recycling. It keeps the mix stable and workable for 0–24 h. By jointly tuning dispersion and stability, the additive retards particle flocculation and performance loss, cuts the risk of segregation and settlement during repeated reuse, and so sustains continuous placement while maximizing material efficiency.

Residual-slurry recycling system
In a Suzhou pile plant, ART-LYG modifier was fed into the leftover-slurry loop. It tamed severe concentration swings and rapid set, pushing reuse rate above 95 % and cutting binder demand by 20 kg per cubic metre.
Standard modifier dosage: 0.1 %–0.2 % of total slurry mass.
Long-acting modifier: 0.5 %–0.7 % in summer, 0.3 %–0.7 % in winter.
Exact dosage must be fixed by trial tests for the given raw materials, job conditions, codes and specs.
Any change in materials or environment can shift the optimum dosage; re-test before use.

It should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, and kept in a dedicated warehouse or a fixed location.
The effective storage period is 6 months. It can still be used after being tested and verified to be qualified if it exceeds the time limit.
When changing the type of cement or using newly delivered cement, a compatibility test should be conducted.
Do not use in combination with naphthalene-based admixtures. When using in combination with other admixtures, compatibility tests should be performed.
