Pile Anti-Corrosion Project
In the anti-corrosion project for piles at a coastal wharf, ART-LFZ corrosion-inhibiting admixture was incorporated during concrete mixing to counter the harsh marine conditions of high salt spray, elevated humidity, and chloride-ion attack. Field inspections and performance tests showed that the inhibitor system effectively curbed chloride-ion migration to the steel surface, lowered the steel corrosion rate, and markedly improved the durability of the pile structure, providing a reliable safeguard for the long-term safe operation of the coastal wharf.
Bridge-Foundation Protection Project
For a bridge-foundation protection scheme in a saline-soil region characterized by high chloride and sulfate contents and aggressive ion migration, ART-LFZ corrosion-inhibiting admixture was added to the concrete. Engineering practice and test results demonstrated that the admixture significantly reduced the attack of corrosive ions on the reinforcement, suppressed the electrochemical corrosion process at the steel surface, and noticeably slowed the development of rust.
Dosage: Under strongly corrosive conditions, add 6– 8% of the weight of the cementitious materials per cubic metre of concrete; this may be reduced in moderately or mildly corrosive environments, but must not fall below 6 %.
Replacement rule: For the liquid type, substitute an equal mass of mixing water; for the powder type, substitute an equal mass of cement.
Compatibility: Suitable for ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fly ash, slag powder, silica fume, etc. Carry out mix-design tests before construction to establish the optimum dosage.
Mixing procedure: Add the agent together with cement, supplementary cementitious materials, aggregates and water, then mix in the normal manner.

IBC Tank or Flexitank for customer demand
It should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, and kept in a dedicated warehouse or a fixed location.
The effective storage period is 6 months. It can still be used after being tested and verified to be qualified if it exceeds the time limit.
When changing the type of cement or using newly delivered cement, a compatibility test should be conducted.
Do not use in combination with naphthalene-based admixtures. When using in combination with other admixtures, compatibility tests should be performed.
Strictly follow the construction specifications during application.

Widely applicable to reinforced concrete structures in adverse geological formations and marine waters that contain sulfate and magnesium ions, such as coal-bearing strata, sulfide ore strata, gypsum strata, silt-carbon layers, saline – alkali soil areas, salt lakes, coastal salt pans, seaports, zones of seawater intrusion, and similar environments.
Concrete pile foundations and concrete structures exposed to chloride- and sulfate-rich corrosive environments.
Underground pile foundations (including prestressed pipe piles, cast-in-place piles, square piles, etc.) and other reinforced concrete substructures used in land-reclamation or coastal projects.
Concrete structures such as sewage-treatment tanks with high concentrations of corrosive media.
