ART-M19 is an innovative, fast-dispersing polycarboxylate superplasticizer independently developed by ARIT. It is specifically designed to solve the construction challenges of materials prone to bleeding. This product features rapid workability development, high dispersion efficiency, and strong anti-bleeding performance. It is suitable for concrete projects with high workability requirements and a tendency to bleed, significantly improving workability and preventing segregation. It is especially effective for high-bleeding-risk materials such as washed sand, manufactured sand, and recycled aggregates.

High-Strength Concrete
A C60 project in Zhejiang required more than 3 min mixing to reach proper workability, failing site demands. After blending ART-M19 with a conventional superplasticizer, mixing time was greatly shortened and concrete workability was markedly improved.
Manufactured-Sand Concrete
A ready-mix plant in Guangzhou producing C30 concrete with local manufactured sand (high stone-powder content, poor grading) suffered severe bleeding and segregation. With ART-M19 at low dosage, concrete dispersed rapidly, achieving 220 mm slump within 5 min with no segregation and virtually no slump loss after 1 h. Pumpability and construction efficiency were significantly enhanced.
Recycled-Aggregate Precast Elements
A Tianjin precast plant using recycled aggregate (high water absorption, complex composition) for stair elements experienced bleeding and slow early strength development. After adopting ART-M19, concrete showed fast workability, good cohesion, and no bleeding. 3-day strength reached 150 % of design strength, shortening demolding time and producing dense, defect-free surfaces.
Mountain-Sand Mass Concrete
A C40 mass concrete project in Guizhou using local mountain sand faced bleeding and segregation risks. ART-M19's rapid dispersion and stabilization maintained workability during 2h of pumping, enabling continuous placement in a single pour. The structure appeared uniform and dense, and strength development fully met design requirements.
The recommended effective solids content is 0.12 % – 0.20% of the total cementitious materials; the exact dosage must be predetermined through trial tests according to the raw materials, job-site conditions, construction codes, and technical requirements.
Any change in materials or environmental conditions may also cause the dosage to vary within a certain range, so new tests are required to re-establish the optimum dosage.
