ART-MFD is a pre-blended dry powder composed of high-strength cement, mineral admixtures, well-graded aggregates and special additives in a fixed ratio. On site, simply add the specified amount of water, mix uniformly and it is ready for use.

Wind-Turbine Grouting Project
In a wind-turbine foundation-grouting operation, ART-MFD wind-turbine grout was used for the on-site work. During placement the grout exhibited excellent fluidity and job-site adaptability, fully satisfying the pumpability, stability, and finish-quality requirements of turbine-base grouting. Testing showed a 28-day compressive strength of 135 MPa under standard curing conditions, demonstrating outstanding mechanical performance and fully meeting the demand for a high-strength, highly reliable grout in wind-turbine foundations.
Base preparation
Roughen the substrate and clean thoroughly; remove all loose stone, laitance, dust, oil and release agents. Pre-wet the surface for 24 h and remove standing water 1 h before grouting.
Formwork
Erect forms according to the grouting drawing. Because the product is highly fluid, seal all joints between forms and between form and base with tape to create a leak-free box. Top of form should be 50 mm above the underside of the equipment base.
Mixing
Batch at the ratio premix:Recommended water-to-powder ratio 0.11 – 0.12, adjustable on site as needed.Pour premix and the full quantity of water into the mixer and mix 3 – 5 min with a forced-action mixer until homogeneous.
Grouting
Pour from one side or from two adjacent sides so that air and water are driven out of the gap. Maintain continuous flow—do not interrupt. For long equipment or rail foundations, stage the pour in sections.

It should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, and kept in a dedicated warehouse or a fixed location.
The effective storage period is 6 months. It can still be used after being tested and verified to be qualified if it exceeds the time limit.
The mixed grout must be placed within 30 minutes; any material that has begun to set may not be re-tempered with water and reused.
Curing: As soon as the grout has reached initial set, cover it with a damp geotextile or wet burlap and keep it continuously moist.
Retaining or disclosing product samples without the company's explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
In addition to the product quality itself, the actual performance also depends on other uncontrollable factors. If there are uncontrollable factors, company cannot guarantee the performance of the product.
