ART-P183 is a high-dispersion polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder independently developed by ARIT with full intellectual-property rights. Manufactured through a synchronized esterification – copolymerization process, it offers ultra-high water reduction andultra-fast dispersion, markedly improving fluidity and mechanical strength in both cementitious and gypsum-based systems. In gypsum formulations it delivers high water reduction together with high strength; in cementitious mixes it provides high water reduction while effectively suppressing late-stage bleeding.

Gypsum-based self-leveling screed
For the floor renovation of a large shopping mall in Nanjing, the contractor used a gypsum self-leveling screed blended with ARIT ART-P183 dispersant to improve appearance and service life. The system offered excellent fluidity and workability, enabling fast installation, a flat and dense surface, and high durability. Optimized mix proportions also raised placement efficiency and cut labor and maintenance costs, proving ART-P183 ’ s high efficiency and economy.
Gypsum wall plastering
A Nanjing homeowner chose gypsum plaster to reduce decoration expenses. After adding ARIT ART-P183, workability rose markedly; the finished wall was smooth and even, with higher density and strength. No cracks or defects have appeared after one year.
Bleeding-prone pump concrete
A tunnel bureau in Chongqing encountered delayed bleeding during concrete placement, causing pressure surges and frequent pump blockages. Introducing ARIT ART-P183 superplasticizer markedly improved dispersion and stability, eliminating bleeding. The mix became more uniform, pumped smoothly, and achieved about 5% higher compressive strength, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Sulpho-aluminate cement system
On a Yunnan expressway, an early-strength, rapid-hardening grout based on sulpho-aluminate cement was required for back-filling voids behind tunnel linings. With ARIT ART-P183, the grout retained good fluidity for 20 min, pumped without segregation, and filled all cavities. One-hour compressive strength reached 12 MPa, meeting the demands of fast-setting, high-early-strength works.
The recommended effective solids content is 0.10 % – 0.30% of the total cementitious materials; the exact dosage must be predetermined through trial tests according to the raw materials, job-site conditions, construction codes, and technical requirements.
Any change in materials or environmental conditions may also cause the dosage to vary within a certain range, so new tests are required to re-establish the optimum dosage.
Keep protected from moisture during use.
