ART-UHPC is a ready-to-use ultra-high-performance concrete premix. It is designed for the production of concrete elements and on-site castings that demand high mechanical performance and high durability. The premix already contains graded aggregate and binder; only the supplied admixture package and water are added during mixing. Users must dose the matching fibre product in accordance with the project specification and the instructions provided.

Wind-turbine tower
A tower plant in Inner Mongolia cast with ART-UHPC. Placement proceeded smoothly, giving 28-day compressive strength > 160 MPa and tensile strength > 7 MPa.
Bridge strengthening
For aging piers in Shandong, ART-UHPC was used to rehabilitate and strengthen the shafts. The upgrade restored structural integrity and load capacity; follow-up testing confirmed durable performance and a clear extension of safe service life.
ART-UHPC dry premix is used together with the supplied admixture and steel fibres.
Suggested batch proportion:premix 33 kg, steel fibre 1.77 kg, water (2.4 ± 0. 1) kg, admixture (380 ± 10) g.
Preferred mixers: planetary mortar mixer, horizontal-shaft forced mixer, or vertical-shaft planetary mixer.
Recommended sequence: dry-mix 30–60 s, add admixture and water and wet-mix 6–8 min until paste forms, then gradually sprinkle in steel fibres and mix 2 min; total time ≈ 10 min.
With high-efficiency mixers the total time can be shortened while still meeting the performance targets.

Ton bag for customer demand
It should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, and kept in a dedicated warehouse or a fixed location.
The effective storage period is 6 months. It can still be used after being tested and verified to be qualified if it exceeds the time limit.
