CUCC at Dengzhou Xinye station, as a major commercial concrete producer in Dengzhou, boasts 2 production lines with an annual output of 900,000 cubic meters of commercial concrete. Project Challenge

Due to material fluctuations on site, the concrete on site experiences rapid loss and setting, severely affecting the quality of concrete construction and the progress of the project.

Solution from ARIT

Technical staff from ARIT tested all raw material performance indicators, identified the root cause of the changes in the concrete and ultimately confirmed that the excessive air content in the sand and gravel was the cause. 

By using self-developed anti-adsorption and fast-dispersing products of ARIT, technician resolved the performance issues of the concrete caused by material fluctuations, ensuring that the concrete has good workability and maintains its performance for long-term construction.
