The new Hefei West Station is a key station on the Jinggang Line. It is part of the national 'Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal' high-speed railway network., and one of the three main passenger stations in the Hefei railway hub. Upon completion, it will form a 'tripod' layout with Hefei Station and Hefei South Station, further enhancing the high-speed railway network in the Yangtze River Delta region and boosting the passenger capacity of the Hefei railway hub. As a crucial component of Hefei's' clock-type 'high-speed railway hub, the new Hefei West Station will be closely connected with the Hefei-Anqing, Hefei-Fuzhou, Hefei-Bengbu, and Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou high-speed railways, becoming another key node in the hub of Hefei and even Anhui Province. This will facilitate the transformation of Hefei from a' rice-grain 'hub to a' clock-type 'hub. The design of the new Hefei West Station emphasizes the integration of station and city, with a total development area and east square project covering 227,000 square meters, including comprehensive development and synchronized implementation of rail transit. The above-ground building stands at 99.9 meters tall, primarily serving as offices, hotels, commercial spaces, and a city living room. The underground section consists of four levels, mainly used for social parking, transportation transfer centers, and ancillary commercial facilities. The east square has a ground area of 17,000 square meters and serves as a scenic gathering place. Additionally, the new Hefei West Station will adopt the design concept of' Great Lake Cloud Sail Science Ark, aiming to become a new landmark of Hefei City.
The cast-in-place pump C50 pier body requires no obvious defects, a uniform color, and a clear concrete finish. Additionally, the construction must maintain slump for about 1 hour. The main challenge is the proper combination of air-entraining agent and defoaming agent, as well as precise control over the slump retention time. During the vibration process, the slump-retaining agent must be deactivated to stop the continuous release of bubbles, followed by the use of a defoamer to eliminate these bubbles, which requires extremely precise control of the concrete's slump retention.
ART-M22 and ART-M15 two types of water-reducing original liquor have excellent short-term collapse retention effect, and the release will stop after 1h. ART-foaming E can effectively eliminate small bubbles, and the combination of the three completely meets the construction and appearance requirements.
